  2. That was tough when I caried my weight doing the one handed side planks to
    using my legs but I lived through it. I need more core to do crow pose more
    simple

    classes, they are what I always wanted, second I wanted to ask you if you
    only do this classes to stay fit or if you do other exercises, I admire

  12. Love this flow, just wish your instructions matched up better with the
    movements so that I could listen more and focus on the practice instead of
    having to look up at my computer all the time 🙁 

  13. yey! super/mega/loved this one. I had to take a “break” last week and found
    this video to re-start my practice. Loved the fact that it was quick paced
    but with the perfect little “breathers”. Hard enough to “kick my butt” but
    quick enough to finish in the morning before my crazy day. Thank you :)
