I’ll probably get hate for this, but i’m over 300 pounds and I want to lose
some weight. I know i’m not the age for skin removal surgery, but i will be
when i’m older. I like to walk and things, but all i do is sit on the
couch. Any exercise tips for a person over 300 pounds?

clothes,these shoes and have this “pink carpet” i dont know how to say it
haha sorry or i can do this exercise in my pijamas?
I just did this and i got a bad headace, then after 10 mins i vomited in
the toilet and the headace went…

Im 12. Years old . On my opinion i dont weight much but my body is a little
bit fat , i weight 40-42kg . Does this make me smaller and weight less?

fallowing ur routine for 3 1/2 months I do this specific exercise 3 times a
day before I go to school as soon as I get home and before I go to bed and
I’ve lost 20 pounds already with my same diet you can eat whatever you want
as long as you work it out thanks so much love ur videos
I’ve been looking for a beginners workout for so long and this one has
helped more than any other workout. The other beginners workout were too
hard and this one is just right. Love it! I am sweating bullets right now.

So, just so I understand, say Monday, I do these exercises, I should jog in
place for 5-10 minutes then follow the exercises, then do the exercises 3
more times, in that same day? Or should it be back to back.
this might sound like a silly question but are these exercises for male as

would i have the same results if i worked out 5 days a week but only did 2
reps a day instead of 4?
I have done this workout, all 4 sets in one day, and my muscles hurt soo
much. I have a huge ache in all of my muscles.. Please help! What did I do
wrong while doing this exercises??

weight.. I also have school to attend and I’m wondering do you have to rest
after these exercise..?
im a teenager, and i would like to slim down. I would love to try your
workout, but i just need to know if i do this 4 times a day? and how long

now I need a heart transplantation. Due to the intensity of the excercise,
my heart exploded in my chest. Thanks alot!
