Heat given off- not actual energy absorbed so nutritional contents are
total BS. Its a chemist’s result not a real biochemical analysis which
would be very difficult.
You absorb about 95% of the calories you eat, so nutritional labels are
pretty accurate.
“30 % of food intake should be fat”
“One third of americans are obese”
Heck i wonder if there’s an correlation…
Interesting…..

Thank you
I already knew this, it’s very basic.
I want to know whether:
Calories -> Kilojoule -> Newton -> Joule per meter.

Does ATP contain calories? I still don’t get what a calorie is, I mean does
it involve electricity? How else is it measured, I get it has to do with
heat, but what is it that causes that effect? So confused….
Less protein and more fresh chlorophyll means less stench. I believe for an
active Person, 75% of calories or more can come from carbohydrates, ad they
are Fuel for the brain and every cell in our bodies! A gallon of water+ is
also vital, and fats mostly go on the outside of our bodies, as plant-oils
like avocado, coconut, raspberry, and carrot-seed are very high SPF and
make us supple and less dehydrated aka young. Try making ground-flax soap
😉 it will suds up and not leave chemicals in the liver

the energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water through 1 °C,
equal to one thousand small calories and often used to measure the energy
value of foods.
it’d be nice to see our “impulse” items change. I would like to see more
fruit and veggies at the check out line than chips, soda, baked goods,
energy drinks, candy…… just saying.
Do you know what the 4 – 9- 4 RULE is?
I didn’t til I read this. I counted calories for over a year and a half. I
have dedicated my life to helping people get fit, but somehow I had never
heard of this. I thought this was so interesting. I didn’t realize how
IMBALANCED my choices were, because I didn’t actually know what I was
looking for.
How many of you count calories? If so, what are you looking for when you
count?
Fantastic video, thanks!
he figured that in the 1800s? Amazing.
