  1. Your hair looks awesome! But in regards to the money side of a good diet,
    just remember, would you rather spend the money on decent food now or on
    hospital bills, supplements for malnourishment or cholesterol pills, etc.
    in the future because you have a bad diet now? Honestly, nothing beats a
    good diet! And thanks for the tips on the interval running, I was just
    doing really fast and then slower, no gradient, and I didn’t enjoy it. I’ll
    be sure to try out how you said. Thanks 🙂 x

  2. you should try out some workout classes that way you don’t get bored while
    working out. :] i go to a class at 24hourfitness in arvada its called turbo
    kick. its amazing and keeps you motivated.

  5. I am the same way when it comes to my sweet tooth lol. I cant say no. I
    just try to keep it out of the house so I dont eat it. I hope you reach
    your goal!

  7. @beautypistol Pinterest is a “social media” app where people post pictures
    of anything and everything and you can “follow” people to see what picture
    they post.

  8. Normally when people change their hair color that drastically, it’s kind of
    shocking at first.. but you pull either off SO WELL!! Love it! And great
    video too! I never noticed that junk food is always in the middle aisle.. I
    shall try to stick to the stored perimeter from now on! Haha. Xoxooo

  11. Glad it worked for you too +Lili Ana .. I was soo skinny
    before. And I must admit that I found that program
    by Kyle Leon to be really helpful for me and
    in the last few months Im using it everyday
    and so far im very happy with the results.. I
    have now toning muscles in my body.:)

    you’re not the strongest. Enjoyed watching this vid bc of that. You made

    *the majority of people are desperate to lose weight when they*
    *wish to appear slim & attractive.Having said,they don’t realized*
    *that there are other benefits losing weight as well. That’s one thing*
    *I learned why I gain muscle now.*^^
