only allowed to eat once at noon? Not in class. Please help me with that…

calories, and lost over 40lbs. I can maintain this for the rest of my life.
I intergrate confucius teachings into meals and manner of eating. I cut bad
carbs and introduced healthy carbs from veggies, and I consume 75% of fat
with my meals. I’m losing weight, becoming healthier, contrary to popular
beliefs. Love your channel, good recipes.

being an Indian wheat is our staple food which means carbohydrates. We eat
wheat almost three times a day. I can’t avoid eating that. And in the night
if I eat less I can’t sleep with empty stomach or light stomach. I’ve tried
so many times to eat less in the night but can’t help myself to fall asleep
easily. And also I crave a lot of sugar all the time. After having a baby
its impossible for me to loose weight. I am just 29 and I am 15 KGS
overweight . Some of that is due to my pregnancy. And I am also lacto
vegetarian . I don’t even eat eggs. Could you please give me a balanced
diet plan according to lacto vegetarian diet. I will be so so thankful to
you. And also please give some advice to stop my craving for chocolates and
sugary stuff. Thanks a lot.

My frickin problem is, I dont know how much calories am I eating… As im
busy, I eat outside 95% of the time and I dont know how much how much
calories are there in this dish and that dish so I just eat in moderate and
hope for the best… 🙁

11.45 – 12.10 lunch
16.00 – 16.20 snack
