  1. Thankyou! i did this everyday for 1 week and i think ill do it a little
    more i lost two and a half inches of belly fat and fat of my arms and
    thighs oddly not expecting was a little hard to find time since im in
    collage but did this during holidays and now will make sure theres always
    time at least once a week

  2. These are pretty good exercises my only advise is to explain the techniques
    better, let the audience know how to do the exercises before doing them,

  4. This is a good workout for abs but it’s not gonna reduce fat…. Only
    cardio workouts reduce fat

  5. Hoping for good results i just did the work out i can really feel the
    burn,this is a really good exercise. Ima do this & my daily work outs for
    2weeks!!! To see my results!
