    know a lot of the butt exercises build up muscles in the thighs too

    gym, first time using a gym on your own, what to do if you want to go but
    don’t feel like you’ve got the confidence too? Thank you! 

  4. I love this video is a bit of what I do at the gym except the jump rope I
    cant do jump rop,lol this is something I would like to do at the gym it
    looks like is going make me burn my muscles. 🙂 is there different
    workouts that you can do in a video I would like to have a different
    routine to try out at the gym I don’t like to do the same ones everyday and
    I look at what everyone ealse is doing so I can try something different
    ,but I want to do more at the gym I like to get a great workout and feel a
    burn but I don’t know what ealse to try to help me shed more.

    waves or whatever can cause cancer

    you do this routine? Are you do iupper body 2 times a week and lower body

  11. Could you do a warmup video at the gym i feel like i dont warm up properly
    and i reallywant to avoid strains. Also any tips on stretching in between
    reps my knees and my arms tend to hurt in between workouts , please it will
    be very helpful. :-)

  12. 1:50 that is such an unnatural movement. When will you ever do squats like
    that outside of gym lol also smith machine.

  13. For how long do you stay on the treadmill before you get started with
