I’m 180 pounds and a dream to weigh lighter. I have a question, I can’t
seem to find an answer, on in general, how long will it take to lose ten
pounds by jogging/running?
I don’t want to sound rude or anything, but is it me or does it look like
she is purposely sucking in her stomach? If you look closely you can see
that she will take a deep breath and then her chest will puff up and her
back will like bend back which just looks weird as hell

Kari McCarty I believe that it will be a 2 weeks of less. If you exercise
and go on diet youll lose weight faster. For this is my experience(:!

I prefer short, fast, workouts that use the whole body instead of long,
slow workouts that alternate body parts because it burns more fat in less
time. After a long break from fitness I decided to get back on track and
I’m proud to say I’m down from 255 to about 215. I started at home watching
ZuzkaLight on YouTube because her workouts are very short and intense,
which is managable for me and she is SUPER fun and motivating. I still do
her workouts at home and I will also begin CrossFit fundamentals this
coming week. Another good resource is ShockingFatLossFacts.com. It’s all
about educating yourself, so keep learning and question everything. Hope

I’m much taller than you and the same weight as you with the same
measurements (except my hips are much larger) and I definitely do not look
as good as you do. You have some serious muscle weight going on (which is
an incredibly good thing and very impressive). Well done! All that hard
work has paid off.
