  3. Hi there,
I have read that the majority of energy drinks that contain electrolytes,
are very bad for your health. However, without it I’ve noticed that I tend
to suffer from repeatative side aches and cramps during and after a
workout. Are there any natural and easy ways to get these electrolytes? I
read somewhere that coconut water could be an option? I’m living in Korea
though, and i’m not sure how easy it will be to find here.
PS. I already eat a lot of nuts and banana’s, and drink a lot of water. 😉
Any advice would be much appreciated.

  4. Guys! ! Did anyone tried the Fat Blaze Factor (search on google)? Ive hear
a number of fantastic things about it and my mate burned alot of unwanted
    fats with it.

  5. Throwing down something I eat fairly often for critique by those who are in
the know. Here are the ingredients – I certainly welcome suggestions on
what could be added, or what should be taken away.

Roughly 170 grams of broccoli slaw
1/2 to 3/4 cup of light Ragu Spaghetti sauce
8 to 10 “blue menu” president’s choice precooked meatballs.
    Sprinkling of garlic powder
    Sprinkling of spicy chili powder
1 tbsp at most of Sriracha hot sauce.
1 tbsp of herb and garlic cream cheese

All of this gets done up in the microwave for about 5 to 7 minutes in
total, and my gut feeling is that this is a hell of a lot better than
sauntering down and getting a fast food combo. At the same time, though,
I’m wondering what I can do to make this better for me. Less meat? Maybe
add lentils or some other legume? Keep in mind that I’d love to keep the
prep time to around 10 minutes.

  6. Killing baby cows at 3 months old is called veal.

Can’t stand people who eat veal. Who would eat sad, tortured baby cows.

  7. for a while now I’ve been pushing the masai diet. The Masai are a people
    in Kenya who are famous for living only on products from the cow: milk;
beef; and blood that they extract from their cows without killing them.
The Masai also follow an important rule: “If a man eats meat and drinks
milk on the same day, he is a glutton.” Therefore every day, I, who follow
the diet, have to choose whether it will be a milk day or a meat day (so
far I haven’t found a source for blood.) While I like meat, I prefer milk,
so basically I’ve been living on fluid milk products for the last six
years. Most days I drink perhaps a gallon (3.5 liters) of some kind of
milk, usually skim, and that’s all I eat or drink. Sometimes I have some
cream, or half and half, or some other kind of milk: 1%, 2%, or whole. I
have done very well on this diet, I am six feet, one inch and this morning
weighed 151 pounds. On my last physical, my PCP told me I am in the top 3%
of people my age healthwise, which I attribute to the diet (my PCP is very
aware of my diet.) I believe this diet would be excellent for everyone,
and am particularly interested to see if it might help people with various
diseases, including biggies like cancer and AIDS, and have been pushing the
    medical establishment to test it.

  8. I have 2 questions: 1. Where do I look for the word “Pasture Raised” or
“Grass Fed”? Will it be on the ingredients? 2. Is 2% milk bad comparing to
whole fat milk because I always drink 2% milk. Thanks

  9. are eggs healthy ? i heard they have a lot of saturated fat, that the
eggwhite have lots of protein but that the mineral and vitamins are in the
yok. so are eggs bad or ?
also milk: i heard milk contains an acidic protein that the body needs to
neutralize using calcium from the bones, and therefore making the bones
weak. but that is not the case with yogurt, cheese ect?
is gluten and dairy hard to process and if is it all kinds of diary and
    gluten ?
hope you have time to answer :)

  11. I’m sorry, but this is total garbage. If you want to loose weight… EAT
FRUIT!!! FRUIT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT!!! Sugar and carbs are the bodies
first 2 sources of energy. When you eat lots of them, your body will not
feel the need to hold on to fat. So if you want to loose weight, you should
be eating a 3 part food pyramid: at the bottom (biggest) eat fruit. High
carbs and high sugar. The middle (second largest), should be veggies. They
have lots of extra enzymes and nutrients. The smallest or top portion
should be nuts and seeds. This gives you a little bit of extra fat. Fruit
and some veggies have plenty of fat to keep everything running at optimum
performance. Your brain actually uses glucose (sugar) NOT fat. You
shouldn’t be totally fat free but… it’s like oiling your car. You need it
to work, but you don’t need it all the time. You will probably notice that
this diet is also vegan. On a finishing note… if you want to have a
perfect diet… you need to start watching videos by Freelee the Banana
Girl and FullyRawKristina. They will give you all the info you would need
to be truly healthy. Good luck people!
