  1. Great vid…I started doing 1:00 to 1:30 cardio 4 to 5 times a week and I
    am frustrated as heck. I was told to increase my cardio so my breast size
    would go down but its not working. I’ll go back to 20 minutes of cardio
    and hitting the weights harder. Thank you

  2. I wonder why that dude in the mirror was deadlifting 5-5lbs. He looks
    buffed though.

    really have to slam someone for being a girl just to make a point?
    he could have said “that what training like a responsible woman gets you!”
