    wanted to say thankyou! i really admire, how you have said things like you
    eat dark chocolate and biscuits that have no added sugars and stuff,
    because it makes it seem more realistic! not going suddenly health crazy
    because it is a big step! i’m excited to start this up! because i have been
    going running everyday, and i need to start with my eating now because that
    just as big of an importance and this video made it seem easy and
    realistic! so thankyou! 😀

    wondering if you use freshly squeezed lemon juice or if lemon juice
    concentrate will work fine?
    I am really hoping this will help speed up my process of losing weight. 

  4. This video is what kicked of my weight loss journey, I remember watching
    this last year and being so motivated by you , SO I went on Ebay and bought
    my oolong (which I am drinking right now) I followed exactly what you said
    and since January last year I have went from 264 pounds down to 167 pounds.

  5. Weight loss should be gradual and excercise is NECESSARY. If you think
    otherwise, you have unrealistic and unhealthy expectations. See a Doctor.

    I must say very informative and impressive, I did extensive study of over 6
    months from various sources on weight loss and you come up with this cool,
    casual, funny video and pretty much sum up very much everything I found,
    after so much of hard work. I would not have believed you had I not done my
    homework before I saw your Video. FOR THE REST OF YOU SHE HAS MY VOTE OF

  9. Traditional stereotypical vlogger. Jump cuts, low quality music and sound
    effects, vaguely scripted speech. Despite this though, your tips I hope
    will be very helpful to me. I have written them all down and put it on my
    wall. Thanks so much, hopefully in a couple months I can have the
    confidence I need to ask out this girl that’s already said she likes me but
    I don’t feel it’s enough. If this video is still up I’ll come back to it
    and tell you how it goes. Thanks again!

    there is mistakes in text ) I don’t know how much I should take. I am
    taking about 2 000 for a day. Is that to much?
    What about fried eggs with no oil?

  11. I would also buy products that are Non-GMO and grass-fed meat products such
    as beef and chicken…PORK IS NOT A HEALTHY MEAT xD

    Also, make sure your meat doesn’t have sugar in it.

  14. I’m so thankful I found this video. I followed most of what has been said
    in this vid and I’ve lost weight. Started last January 23 of this year and
    in just 1 month I went down from a size 14(UK) to a size 12. I do not
    exercise but I lead a moderately active lifestyle and don’t eat after 8pm.
    I aim to be a size 10 in the next month or two. My goal is to be a size 8.
    Hope I’ll achieve that by summertime. Will probably do some exercises to do
    that. Thank you so much for making this video. You have helped me start
    leading a better lifestyle than what I used to have.

  15. Hello everyone… Can anyone of you suggest me good weight loss program for
    my wife? She has big problem with obesity. She has tried different methods
    and trainings but no one really worked in her case (last time she lost 12
    pounds in 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any
    good and reliable weight loss program, please suggest!

  17. +Abigale Kirsten I was told by my auntie that drinking green tea on an
    empty stomach (breakfast) was bad … do you drink it after having
    breakfast ? I have tried green tea before and loved it after being told
    this by my auntie I stopped drinking it
