eat dark chocolate and biscuits that have no added sugars and stuff,
because it makes it seem more realistic! not going suddenly health crazy
because it is a big step! i’m excited to start this up! because i have been
going running everyday, and i need to start with my eating now because that
just as big of an importance and this video made it seem easy and

This video is what kicked of my weight loss journey, I remember watching
this last year and being so motivated by you , SO I went on Ebay and bought
my oolong (which I am drinking right now) I followed exactly what you said
and since January last year I have went from 264 pounds down to 167 pounds.

Weight loss should be gradual and excercise is NECESSARY. If you think

taking about 2 000 for a day. Is that to much?
What about fried eggs with no oil?
I would also buy products that are Non-GMO and grass-fed meat products such
as beef and chicken…PORK IS NOT A HEALTHY MEAT xD
Also, make sure your meat doesn’t have sugar in it.

I’m so thankful I found this video. I followed most of what has been said
in this vid and I’ve lost weight. Started last January 23 of this year and
in just 1 month I went down from a size 14(UK) to a size 12. I do not
exercise but I lead a moderately active lifestyle and don’t eat after 8pm.
I aim to be a size 10 in the next month or two. My goal is to be a size 8.
Hope I’ll achieve that by summertime. Will probably do some exercises to do
that. Thank you so much for making this video. You have helped me start
leading a better lifestyle than what I used to have.

my wife? She has big problem with obesity. She has tried different methods
and trainings but no one really worked in her case (last time she lost 12
pounds in 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any
good and reliable weight loss program, please suggest!

empty stomach (breakfast) was bad … do you drink it after having
breakfast ? I have tried green tea before and loved it after being told
this by my auntie I stopped drinking it
