    profit organization and im helping her, were going to help obese children
    to become fit. do you have any tips on how to make it more fun? how to
    explain this making it interesting and help them to remember it easier.

  2. are the fats in beef and other meats really that bad for you? I’m really
    naturally fit. Slim with muscles, You mention just lean meats, but i feel
    that i can eat the fatty parts. Am i wrong?
