Someone please help me!!!!:( I dont know what to do I got super sick one
day took like 3 weeks off and then me and my girlfriend brokeup and some
people started threatening me and shit and I got all depressed and didnt
work out for 7-8 months.. My diet went to shit i stayed inside all day did
nothing… So Im out of that depression I feel good other than LOSING LIKE
70% OF MY STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE….. SO my benchpress took a huge
downward dive and a weight that i used to be able to do 15 reps on my first
set i can no longer even move or get it off the rack. I litereally lowered
the weight alot and can barely do 15 reps on that. I feel like quitting i
do not know what to do I hope strength will return faster then when i first
earned it if i eat right and get alot of protein. Please someone give me
some advice and motivation because in the gym I feel weak as fuck and I
really am now and depressed every rep i have to struggle out that I used to
be able to power through like nothin…. My diet is back on track I am
drinking lots of water getting alot of protein.. Im only my SECOND workout
back right now but I just feel so bad and disgusted with myself. Please
help someone thanks I need motivation and need to know if i can gain the
lost strength back faster than I previously earned it the first time. Even
pushups are somewhat of a struggle to do like 10-15 when I used to be able
to bang out like 70 ina row on a good day. Any honest help is greatly
appreciated thanks :)

i jerk off a lot with my right hand, my right arm is definitely bigger then
my lefty… soooo, how can i get my left arm bigger and looking the same. I
do dumbbells with my lefty for a full month now but i feel my right arm is
still bigger, any help?
Do our faces get water sucked out from eating so many carbs? I’ve noticed
people at my school have great bodies and their face is UGH red and dry and
not replenished or healthy looking
