  1. In my opinion it’s when you mix it all up!.Processing foods is what makes
them bad, eat clean and less and move more

  2. Butter : estrogens, antibiotics, other hormones and BS
Why not make butter of breastmilk

  3. I don’t understand why when people think of carbs they thing of the
unhealthy carbs instead of potatoes and fruit etc the whole food carbs):

  4. The “99% fat free” for yoghurt is a big load of shit. They take away the
creamy goodness your body can process & replace it with some thickener made
from products they’ll only disclose in 3 digit number codes.

  5. For us Brits – I just watched an excellent BBC TV prog in the ‘Truth About
…’ series episode 3, Fat. Well worth watching, and if you are into
    salmon so much the better!

  6. Glad you included a nice cozy sleepy Stella – just looking at her makes me
    smile!

  7. @psychetruth Thanks for the great content. Can you tell me your opinion on
Spirulina supplement for weight loss and some possible side effects? Thank
    you

  8. Butter, all the way. Grass fed is better but if not available then regular
butter is healthier then margarine. There’s trans-fats in margarine right?

  9. Protein is as equally important as fat. Started eating more egg yolks as
I’m allergic to eggs but the yolks I can tolerate. Why is that? I used to
    handle perfectly.

Anyway I started one egg yolk afer months of not eating any and I have a
lot more energy and better concentration in school and through out my day.

  10. I eat neither but butter is better and grass fed is the best. Anything fat
free or light tastes bad anyway.

Also natural peanut butter makes me happy :D

  11. lots of great information here Corrina , just a little sad you ended so
abruptly. You kept me wanting more for sure. I know you will see this, as
you know who your friends really are here. I have a question off topic
from this video, so if you answer here with a place I can ask, I could keep
    topic intact.

  12. LOL, I focused on receiving the information so hard I didn’t even notice
there was Stella on the table. 🙂 Btw, excellent video as always!

  13. It’s a mixture of carbs and fats in my opinion, you need a moderate amount
of both fats and carbs, people take in too much and need to stick to your
basic foods, natural foods, such as fruits, vegetables, meats and nuts.
    Simple.
