  1. Wow, that was so damn sad. Parents shouldn’t have to bury their children,
    its just not natural.

  2. Wow, Mary looks way better than her sister Ruth now. Good for you, Ruth and
I know your sons so proud of you. Keep going for him!!

  3. So heartbreaking, That’s a Great way to honor her beautiful son by honoring
his Wishes! Hopefully healing her heart at the same time!

  4. Wow… I remember watching the episode of the twins when she first came on
and talked about it and how her son died. How ironic and extremely tragic,
but I’m glad she’s getting through this is a positive light. That can’t be
easy. Losing a child is a parent’s worst nightmare I’m sure.

  5. the other sister that people say is pretty now looks like she got plastic
    surgery

  6. I don’t care HOW overweight i am, if my sister ever talked about me like
that, i clock her so hard in the face

  7. My dad abandoned me when I was about 2 months and my mum is obese and
recently has had bad breathing problems and me and my brother really don’t
want her to die because if she does we would have no one to turn to

  8. Ruth’s professional salon chair looked brand new. Did she buy a cheap
disposable one especially for this occasion, where she knew it would
probably break? Her attitude is troubling. Mary is an inspiration. Both
of these young ladies’ faces looked much better before the Tammy Faye Baker
clown look. I hope when they saw themselves on TV, they realized their
make-up was all wrong. I hope when Ruth saw how appalling her behavior was
on TV, it made her think how her words and actions were so hurtful and that
her sister has surpassed her as far as self improvement goes. My deepest
sympathies to Mary and all the loved ones of her son.

  9. im not sure if any of you will believe this but whilst i was doing a whole
year (210 student) maths mock exam before my GCSE’s last year one of my
pretty big friends collapsed his chair in the exam hall about half way
through! it sounds surreal like i was sitting 2 seats behind and one to the
left of him and i literally had the perfect view. i cant even describe it.
my test paper looked like someone spilt a drink over it because i had been
crying with laughter so much and it just wouldnt stop. everyone else was
laughing so hard aswell even the invigilator who came over to help him.
most of his weight is literally pure muscle i mean the guy pushed as much
as men at my gym so i didnt feel bad for laughing and he took it well, but
my god the laughter was scarily intense. i mean can you imagine how funny
that would be for your best mate to break his chair during a whole year
exam in the complete quite? that is probably my best memory to date, i
wouldnt cry that much if i was being tortured, what an experience

  10. Sadly, it does take some people to go through a tragedy in order to improve
their health. With me, when I was 286 pounds, it took where one morning,
after a night of eating Papa John’s, I temporarily lost feeling in my left
foot. Thus, I vowed never to live that lifestyle again, to eat less, and to
go to the gym. Now i am 170 pounds and still losing.

  11. So tragic about her son! I can’t imagine that kind of loss, but at least
something good came out of it. So happy that she was finally able to get
    the help she needed!

  12. She could have very easily succumbed to depressed and shot up to 600lbs,
but I’m glad she decided to honor her son. Good for her!
