  1. I have been doing DDP yoga for four months now. I have bone spurs in both
my heels and thought I would never get fit again. I LOVE DDP, I like the
workouts, the endorphins and the one thing no one talks about is that when
you hear that you WILL improve every day, you believe it and you do it! So
    motivational!

  2. I have done both p90x and YRG. After completing p90x, YRG is so much
easier. Things I noted: Cardio is not really stressed in YRG by comparison.
My cardio is way off. Results? I have dropped 5 lbs since starting YRG
because I tightened up my diet. If I hadn’t, the lack of cardio in this
program would have ballooned me up. p90x does have modified moves.
Athletically, p90x wins. If your goal is to get cut, it’s ALL diet. Yoga X
does MUCH more for you than any YRG workout.

  3. Excellent review! I just started week 3 of DDP Yoga and absolutely love it.
I’m going to send your video to my friends who torture themselves with the
    Insanity workout.

  4. Both P90X and DDP Yoga are connected to Beachbody just like the video
review above which is and advertisement. Mason Bendewald is the director
for both P90x and DDP Yoga. Hey, it’s all about the marketing. Having said
that and having some experience of P90X and DDP Yoga, I would recommend DDP
Yoga for beginners. It’s much easier for beginners and eases you in to the
workouts more. Beginners are more likely to stick with DDP Yoga than P90X.
    P90X isn’t for beginners.
